company we attacked the problem like any other software issue.
Our first Eureka moment came when we realized how much money could be saved by converting to a High
Deductible Healthcare Plan (HDHP) and utilizing an Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to reimburse
expenses incurred from converting to a HDHP. After analyzing the impact of what an HRA would do to our
accounting group, we set-out to come up with a solution that minimized the accounting workload- We
solved this problem with software!
Our second Eureka moment came when we realized that we could help other employers cut costs and increase value to their
employees by offering our software through a service.
The traditional employee benefit of the past needs a new strategy to make those providing service, accountable for
the service. Health care providers can do more for less just like every other business in a competing environment,
