eForms Solutions

• Fill and Print: Is the basic working model for eForms. This stage translates your existing paper forms to an electronic format that fits your computer environment. The eForm is written for the Microsoft Office® suite, web browsers, or custom applications to best fit your business requirements. The eForm can then be completed digitally and printed.


• Database Enhanced: An enhancement to the Fill and Print foundation is to support the eForm using a database which stores data. By connecting an eForm to a database, both data retention and retrieval capabilities come to life. A database also allows for detailed reports generation showing management statistics for the use of your eForms, including statistics for surveys or orders. Standard application database systems can also work in conjunction with various applications.


• Intelligent: Adding intelligence to the eForm makes the eForm come alive revealing its true strengths. The smart eForm allows the application to remember the customer or employee data and fill in known information based upon a user profile stored in a database. Information is acquired as a user completes an eForm. When information is needed for other eForms, it is retrieved and placed in every location that it appears in subsequent eForms.


• Web Based: For increased cost and time reduction related to maintaining and updating eForms web based eForm are the answer. Web based eForms are typically stored in one location. When changes are required, updates to single files can easily be done thereby updating all customers and/or employees.
